Once they get your e-mail address you will hear from Cooks Country/Cooks Ilustrated AKA American Test Kitchen(same people Country is directed to simple foods while Ilustrated is more up-scale) about once a week. They are very big on teasing, offering info only if you buy a membership. I haven't siced my spam filter onto them yet but I will soon. They offer a free trial but won't tell you what the cost will be until the trial runs out. I think they hope to hook a few that get used to the free version.Homemaker said:
I see now how tricky they are too. When I went on there website yesterday to look up some of these recipes again a thing popped up about recieving a free trial. I couldn't get out unless I gave them my address. finally I just X'd the window out completely. That stinks I really enjoyed their show.
