Ground meat + Your favorite spices

I like the spicy italian sausage types, with salt, pepper, fennel seed, etc.

Wouldn't you want to clear out grinder first? or are you using "plugged UP" the way I would use "plugged IN"?

Every recipe on this site is a winner. http://www.3men.com/sausage.htm Some more then others. The Andouille does top them all.
There are a couple that do call for MSG, and we leave that out and either double or triple the seasonings.

When we do batches, we pinch off a bit after mixing and fry it up to see if the flavor is where it needs to be.
