What to do with them when you have all the jelly you can possibly consume and don’t drink alcohol? How do you process juice without heating it to the point of murdering nutrients? Never have done juice but want to try some

That sounds like what my grandmother called scuppernongs. It’s a wild grape. Can or freeze the juice.

Here there are Muscadines and Scuppernongs, both are grapes, super common here and in Georgia. I have some of each. Scuppadines, I believe, are a cross between the two. I'd also really like to learn how to make juice out of them.
My vines are very old, and were wildly overgrown when we bought the property. We pruned them pretty severely this last winter, so we didn't get a crop this year, but should have a good crop next year. Ill ask around for recipes.

If I can just freeze it I’m good to go.
