Now thats a tiny house and a bit extreme but it did give me an idea seeing him tow it down the road. Rather then wait until this house sells before starting on the new cabin I could actually construct it here while I still have electricity and all the amenities.
I could build four 8'x12' sections and move to the new land on trailer wheels and put it together like a prefab or double wide, the first 4 sections could be moved and assembled in a weekend then have plenty of time to work on the other structures once moved in. Mine will be for retirement so there will be no loft or basement and will go a little bigger on the ground floor.
I saw the video previously. He has some great concepts! Love the video! Of course it's too small for many people, but his utilization of space and his general approach and philosophy are excellent!
