Got my Excalibur around 1pm..... and had it running with jerky by 130!!! Hehe now I just need it to be 530 so I can enjoy it!!! Or at least test it!!

Well I did make 3lbs of jerky so there is still some for the party tomorrow... lmao... plus this morning I made more of a different kind... yummy too!!!
