I eat this sprouted bread toasted every morning with my coffee. I would love to make it all by myself but cant really find a good recipe. (The loaves I buy are quite pricey too, so I tend to be hoggy with my toast..BACK OFF! 
)The bread I eat has tons of seeds like whole pumpkin, sunflower
and flax.
