I went out today to check all my perennials, and I found an asparagus stalk! It was pencil thin, but almost a foot tall! I picked that thing, brought it in, sauteed it in butter and garlic, and gobbled it up!!! My first fresh veggie of the year, and my favorite to boot!!

Ew, but glad you got a fresh veggie I don't like asparagus...I think I'm the ONLY person I know who doesn't

I don't think my Dr's office actually knows that I drive a beast, but you'd think so...

She called today and said she pre-scheduled my biopsy, for the same day as my specialist appointment! The specialists office is right next to the hospital. I have to go there at 9:45am (ugh, not a morning person, bet I'll make a great first impression ). I have to be at the hospital at noon for the biopsy. I'm thinking, fantastic, I may even be able to squeeze in lunch between appointments, when it hits me No food or drink after midnight for the biopsy! I am going to be one crabby, starving fat woman when I wake up!!

Thank you Bambi! It's not tomorrow, it's April 17th (fancy Dr's and their packed schedules ) but I appreciate it just the same!
