Me too! You guys are the only folks who want to discuss this. My church doesn't talk about this....they don't discuss Heaven, Hell, prophecy, etc. I wish they would...I'm so thirsty for this knowledge right now.

Not going to go back now and find the post, but I know someone who follows the May 21st 2011 guy. According to him, HC, the church age is over and if you are a Christian, you should not go to church because none of the churches are any good any more. I used to have a pamphlet on what verses he uses to back this up, but they don't apply. (Came out of church one day and found this stuck on the windshield of my truck, as well as everyone elses windshield. I removed them and trashed them.) And this is not the first time that HC has come up w/a date. I think b4 it was in 1979.

The problem that I have w/people who make these kinds of claims is that they are placing themselves above Jesus, and whether or not they realize it, they're claiming to be God. The Bible states, as has been already said, that no one knows when this is going to happen, but the Father. So, if they know, they're claiming to be God. It reminds me of Lucifer in Isaiah 12:12-14 where he says, I will.

BBuff, by the end time, are you talking about the tribulation? If so, I don't believe that we are living in that. I'm a pretrib rapture believer. However, we are living in the end times so far as the events leading up to the return, and have been ever since Christ returned to heaven.
