So I've started reading John, but I have two (Kindle) versions of the Bible. In one, right after the beginning, it goes into the book of Matthew. Is this what you all are calling a chronological Bible then?

I guess my question is why is this version going right into Matthew? Will the story of John be more complete this way? I don't mind extra reading.

You should see how many different Bibles are available for Kindle. I find they are hard to skip around in and explore in that format though. I think I need to pick up another hard bound version too.

I have obviously never read either of these sections. Can someone guess why they would be doing that in this presentation? They call this version "Gods Word", and I do not know which Church uses this version, but so far I like it best for understanding the concepts.
