Same here, DD! All I have to do is read the Bible and God places the appropriate verses right in my lap when I was needing that information. Wish I had been more in the will of God years ago~I could have used the information.

Went to the Bible Study at school tonight, it opened my eyes to a few things. I guess I may return

I'm feeling bummed right now. I went to my surgeon-only to find out that he's no longer doing surgery. He's referred me to another surgeon, but I don't know how long it's going to take me to get in there, and how quickly he can schedule the operation. I had to wait 3 weeks from when I called to get in to see this doctor. If they had told me when I called that he was no longer performing surgery, I would have asked then that they refer me to someone else. I know God has a plan in all this, but it's not easy to wait, especially when I want it done. But at least, the longest he figures for recovery is 6 weeks, but it will probably be closer to 2 to 4 weeks.

Why in the world would they schedule you for an appointment for a surgical consult with this guy if he is no longer practicing?

I honestly don't know. I told them when I called that the cyst was getting worse, and I needed it taken care of.
