Sweet Barbeque Sauce

2 cups apple cider
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup stock, broth or beer
1/4 cup steak sauce
1 T yellow mustard
2 T chili powder (more or less to taste)
1 T soy sauce
2 tsp paprika
Dash cayenne pepper
1 tsp onion powder or 2 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 T vinegar (balsamic is good)
1/2 to 1 cup flour
1/2 to 1 cup water, broth, stock, or apple cider

Mix all ingredients, except flour and water, in a large saucepan; stir over medium heat and cook until well blended and thoroughly heated.

In a small bowl, combine flour and water, whisking to combine. (Start with smallest amount first and add more if needed.)

Add to rest of ingredients. Add to cooked meat; good with pork or chicken.
