Thanksgiving ...What does your menu look like?

Y'all made me so hungry today that I thawed out a huge package of breast meat from my CX I raised this spring and slow simmered them in olive oil and spices. The most tender, moist and flavorful chicken you've ever eaten!!!! Just had to have some bird in my teeth after all this turkey talkin'!!!

Thanksgiving's next weekend for us in the great white north- mum and I were just starting to plan it out yesterday.. If the weather stays nice we'll all eat outside in my backyard (in the orchard), and chefbrother is coming down from toronto to fire up our big stone wood oven out back and he'll do the turkey, roast potatoes/carrots etc. in there.

Our menu most likely..

Wood-fire roast turkey
Roasted potatoes/carrots/onions/beets
squash
Tomato salad (made from all the last cherry/pear garden tomatoes)
Broccoli salad
Stuffing
apple pie
pumpkin pie
peach pie/cobbler
homemade rolls/bread
gravy
dill pickles/cranberry sauce etc.
