Oh man - ya'll gotta try it. But....and this is not a criticism...I like to keep the sausage IN the gravy. Just smash it up while I'm cooking it and make the gravy around it....YUM!

Yeah, I could chow down on some of that right now. Like FEM, I leave some nice chunks of sausage in there.

The pan has to have enough sausage bits (good sausage) and the flour has to cook before adding the milk. THEN the flavor is awesome! It's a home cooking fav. :drool
