In the first year we had laying hens, (20 of them) they produced 5475 eggs. Because of that surplus we started freeze drying them. We are up to 200 dozen, freeze dried eggs at this time. They can be used any way except hard boiled or sunny side up.

That's pretty amazing. I've dehydrated eggs. Not terrible scrambled - I'd eat 'em if I was really hungry. On another note - the dogs love 'em, lol!
