Alright, partners.... Last but not least, subject to minor adjustments - I can't start anything for at least 6 weeks yet :(

From last fall
8 asparagus plants in a 4'x8' raised bed (3rd year for these)
3'x3' bed of salisify
8 blueberry bushes

4'x8' raised bed - mixed salad greens, radishes, and carrots for fresh eating

6 watermelon plants
6 cantalopes
2 x 35' row black beans
50 tomatoes, mixed varieties, need to see how they sprout for actual combo
22 peppers, mixed varieties, need to see how they sprout for actual combo (definite 6 tabasco!)
2 x 35' row red beets
1 x 35' row cabbage
1 x 35' yellow squash, zuch's, and cukes
1/2 x 35' row of scallions
1/2 x 35' row of onions
2 x 35' rows of yukon gold potatoes or russet

Still unsure on garlic - still have quite a bit left

no peas, green beans or sweet corn this year.

No sweet corn or fresh bean!!! :ep :th
I'm "outsourcing" the corn to the farmer up the road. I want at least 20 dozen ear to make dried corn and to can and I don't have the best soil for it outside my already established garden.

We're still working through the last two years of beans (20+ quarts still down in the pantry).

We have about 30 quarts STILL from last year but I have been lapping them up lately. I wanna dry a bunch of beans this year.

DW made some green breans and garlic sauteed in a skillet. She and I were the only ones to eat it. It was good, though.

My favorite use of green beans is slow cooked with freshly dug potatoes and chunks of ham slow cooked in the crock pot all day. :drool

You are so out of place come live me. I love green beans like that. WHen they are fresh but when in the can a stick of butter is good also.

I saw on your list you had mustard greens. I love greens. My wife can't stand them. I only get them if I am on vacation in the South.

We just got them the other day. Grannny had hankerin for them...so we got seeds she couldnt find any canned greens in the store.

Should be getting close for you to try dandelion greens, no?
