I've heard of this from ethnic women that have a hard time with hair growing a little too far from the hair line. I've watched it done, but looks like yet another skill I'll be sorly lacking.

I used regular sewing thread.
It is all about coordinating both hands while looking in the mirror. Not easy at first but it works.

i just spent the better half of an hour doing this and LOVE IT

tips
dont use cheap thread otherwise it will keep breaking
make sure your skin is not oily
have a good light with a good mirror and a chair
trim your brows before you start otherwise those long hairs will also get stuck in the thread and you will have bald spots
just get a toothbrush and brush your brows towards your hairline then trim

Was this your first time or do you do it regularly?

first time even hearing about it but awesome and hurt 50% less than tweezing each individual hair

i found the eyebrows super easy especially the outer parts i did find that the bridge between the brows difficult to get at

the upper lip is easy on the outside but difficult to get under your nose maybe becasue i have the witch nose

im sure i will get better with time

but you know how when you tweez your eyebrows you get all the hair with color but there is still "fuzz" left NOT WITH THREADING

How do you do it yourself?

Eyebrows look tricky, upper lip seems easier. :D
