Tired--anyone have?

I got that restless brain thing happening also.....I lie down dead tired and think about the 50 million things I did and the 100 million things I have to do tomorrow LOL I truly need to get a handle on that one cause it just works me up I seem to never shut down LOL

that's exactly why the wine coma works for me. i have no problem staying asleep if i can get there, but it takes forever for my brain to shut off. last night i got in bed at 11:30pm all happy and sleepy. the last time i remember looking at the clock was 4:30am. i was basically charting the next 12 years of my life in my head and desperately wishing i could stop and get some sleep.

tonight i'm drinking the wine!
