Ok, so we were given a TON of grapes. both green and red (with seeds)
I have no idea what to do with them. I'm talking probably 15 pounds of grapes.

I don't want to make wine so thats out. the only other thing I can think of is jam (I hate jelly)

any other suggestions?

Juice, mead, bbq sauce base, raw vinegar, honey substitute, etc....

And for the record 15 lbs is not a ton of grapes. :D I had one vine give me 50 lbs the other year. We pruned the heck out of it last year so only got a few grapes, but the new growth that will produce grapes this year was insane.

I still have 4 lbs of concords in the freezer! LOL

Oh! You can just freeze them. My hubby and son eat frozen grapes like candy.

Do you have a dehydrator? You could make some raisins!
