I just bought my 2nd, 25lb bag of bleached flour and spend $7-ish. Although the price is good...I really don't want to feed my family bleached flour. So, where do you buy your unbleached flour? TIA :D

A local farmer, who grinds it fresh. Try local co-ops, if you have them.

FWIW, Bleached flour generally only stores for about 6 to 12 months, unbleached for even less. If you are buying for long term storage, then wheat grain would be your best bet, as it can store for up to 30 years if properly packaged. Of course, then you'd need a grinder to convert it to flour.

I just placed an order for organic unbleached white flour with Azure Standard, which is located near Portland Oregon; not sure though how wide thier distribution area is.
