Urban's Journal- It is no more.

You have to post a pic of that bouquet! What a cool idea....as for the house....I agree to go to the bank and see what you even qualify for. When my husband and I went to buy our first house my credit was way worse than his so we qualified for more money if he applied by himself and put my name on the deed later.

Once I got my credit score back up we were able to get a loan together for all the construction costs on the new house.

Go see a realtor and see if you can find a bank that specializes in farm loans....sometimes you can do better if you work with someone that is familiar with the ins and outs of purchasing a farm.

awww, the big day is fast approaching! what are ya'll doing for the after time? going to hawaii? paris? rome? mars? camping in the mountains? are you bringing all of us with you? :lau :gig :lau :gig :lau

but seriously, I am happy for you! :thumbsup

Very neat idea for the bouquet :)
Hot Springs!! Gosh I love that place. If I ever decide to move again, it will be near there.

If you can splurge just a bit, you should go to one of the bathhouses & have a couple's massage. :D

:celebrate The insanity is almost over!

Good luck on your wedding :-)
I live in Hot Springs. Hiking the trails on the mountains is great and the weather has been perfect lately.

I haven't been to Sherwood, so I looked it up on the map. It's too close to Little Rock. Hot Springs is big enough for my liking.
