It belongs to my BIL, and he used it as a child. I believe its almost 4o years old.
No instructions with it, but it was fairly simple to figure out. Its a still air, and uses a heat ring, rather then a bulb.

I placed a small jar of water in it, along with 34 eggs this evening.

It has a tiny window. Need a flashlight to see in though.
I like the idea of an incubator that is quiet and dark. Its not like hens have a lightbulb under them :lol:
Since our hatchery closed down, chicks are demanding a very high price up here. As high as $7 each for day olds.
Thought this would be a good time to do a test run.

heck ya, 7 bucks a chick is crazy. Even if you charged 5, I bet they would sell like hotcakes.
