Ditto! But guess what DH and DD's favorite thing to do is? Yep, going to the movies. It generally costs about $50 for the four of us :/ We only go about once every 2-3 years, and I sneak snacks in in my purse. DD and I can't have any of that stuff anyway. DH makes up for our not eating there :P
 
the only way i ever got to the movies:
1: eat prior
2: go to a matinee
3: take your own snacks and drinks
even then its not a cheap ventuure, i only go for movies i am VERY excited about (the hobbit, chronicles of narnial POTC movies ect) if im not absolutly certain (or in a tradition loop) that i NEED to see a movie i wait till it comes out on dvd
 
we are lucky here. our local theater is $6.00 and that includes a small soda and popcorn. you can upgrade it to a large soda and popcorn for $8.00 and you get 1 free refill of each.
 
Wow, that's some good prices! wish we could get that around here. But when it's a toss up between movie skating or bowling...everyone knows there really isn't much competition :/

I got my 5 gallon food grade buckets today and have been rearranging/organizing my kitchen....all day :P It's beginning to look better. :hu Tomorrow will be more of the same. I have to get back out to the greenhouse this week too, and start some more things.

Been a long day. I made pork chops, homemade mac and cheese, and salad for dinner. It was pretty good, would have been better if I hadn't eaten to much :lol:

Our local cinema is $5 for first run shows. Unfortunately, the seats haven't been steamed cleaned since 1956. LOL
 
Yeah but I know whose cooties are roaming the farm :P
