I was actually thinking of making peach cobbler yesterday. Maybe I'll do it today. I have the peach part canned, so all I need to do is to add some cinnamon and the cobbler part. That way, I'll be using the oven, which will help heat up the house. Or since it's actually supposed to be around freezing today, and then back down in the low 20s tomorrow, maybe I'll do it then.
