Great job on the cheese! THat's my favorite kind...farmer cheese. I love adding dill, or cilantro, or olive oil and basil.

Thanks We like it. It didn't make much though...about a half cup or so. MUST get more milk! I haven't milked her in a couple days...too busy fightin this stupid head cold and haven't ventured outside. I have to tomorrow though. She looks like her udders are shrinking!!!

Well i did manage to get out of PJ's today and go grocery shopping and to the feed store and buy DD's birthday gifts...I still feel like garbage, was up all night waking myself coughing, and I lost two chickens today and have a dog to rehome, but all in all....I have seen many crappier days than this, so I'm gonna count it good if for no other reason but stubborn spitefullness

No that is MY dog, she knows not to touch mommas birds...it's the other mutt hell hound that got them. I've never liked that dog :/
