My laptop mouse clicker has finally bit the bullet. DH spilled soda on it about 6 months ago, and just yesterday me clicker died ah well, I have a USB mouse I am using to click click away. it is annoying, because I forget half the time and click the laptop clicker and it doesn't work :/ and I have this crazy thing plugged in right in front of me Anyway....

I hoed 4 rows of the garden this morning while "boss dog" treed two stray cats and was out defending the chickens. Then the goats got out, and she chased them back over the fence into their area. Such a good dog!! She got butt scratchins for her efforts. She's so silly, loves to be scratched right above her tail...DEMANDS IT when she has done something good and knows she's been good

Gotta fix some breakfast here in a minute. Dunno wha I'm gonna fix either. The cupboard is lookin bare. Not much grocery money this week :/ I need to go pick up a few things. If these people would quit NEEDing so much dang meat...*sigh* I may slaughter some chickens this week to fend off the carnivores. I am going to STOP buying meat all the time though. The garden is in and producing a good bit of veggies now, so they're gonna have to eat some real food We're going fishing next week, so that will be some more meat for the meatheads, and hopefully we will get enough to last us a while. MEAT MEAT MEAT...what's with it? I swear it's the only food group these two know. I'm cooking fried green tomatoes and squash for supper tonight with some mashed potates and cornbread, and if they want meat...they're gonna have to go kill and clean something Yeah...like...I could really see DD doin that
