We are getting a slushy mess right now, my luck knock the power out along with incubator but if so I have a sorta backup plan :D

Eggs aren't all that finicky on day 2, if it were say day 15 or so, I'd be worried, but not on day 2. Worst case scenario power is out a couple days and you're a few days behind on hatch with slightly lower hatch rate, but you shouldn't lose them all at least.

How do I keep the correct humidity in my LG?

You'll need a hydrometer to measure humidity. WalMart has them for about $15. The humidity is raised and lowered by the ammount of surface area of the water in the bottom tray. Add more water to raise the humidity. If the center is full and the humidity is still too low, add a wet sponge to the side, or partially fill another section of the tray. Humidity is best controlled through trial and error unfortunately. Inside humidity can be very variable depending on the type of heat, ammount of cooking done, etc. etc. You just have to maintain about 35% the first 18 days and about 60-65% the last 3 days of hatch. It can be difficult, but doable in any bator so long as you monitor it closely.
