I apparently overdid it a smidgen yesterday :/ My back is stiff and hurty this morning Oh well, at least I could get up out of bed. I have a TON of housecleaning to do and thankfully I have ALL day to do it! DH let me sleep in this morning, and I am glad he did, I feel MUCH better.

The dog was sick last night. I had to get up and clean up her mess and let her out I really wish she'd stop eating garbage!

I'm about to fix me some breakfast and then get started on this pig sty

I got some cleaning done today. SOME. I got about 2 gallons of salsa and cilantro pesto made and put up. I also got an eggplant casserole recipe and had it for supper I have a new lovely top 10 fave veggie!!! I am going to freeze some of them too. I just have to get the cilantro finished up, juice the limes, and then hit the eggplant. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Christmas present!!!! I never knew how much I truly NEEDed a food processor until all the salsa and pesto today! We had company today that interrupted my busy-ness, and then DD called and I had to go get her and her little friend. She did some chores when she got home, and I got on her about doing a more thorough job of her chores because the fridge was a disaster. There were seven things that should have been tossed that she just didn't toss I told her after today, there will be no more friends over if she can't take her chores seriously and do them right the first time. We'll see how it goes. I'm NOT going to bend over backward for her if she can't take care of the few things I ask of her anymore. Momma is DONE!!!!! Told her I was fed up, and she betta get it together She apologized and helped me finish fixing her mistakes. Then she apologized again about the goat feed being left open. Ugh...I get so tired of empty apologies though, ya know? I love her but if she'd put as much effort into doing it right as she does apologizing after she doesn't do it right.....I'd never even have to double check every move she makes Kids...can't live with em...cant sell em to the circus :/

Anywho..typical day...hope everyone else has had a blessed day too!!!!

all thats left is the gypsies and i hear their cutting back on their child removal services too...must be the economy

Crap...no cilantro for you. I love cilantro, but the smell overwhelms me when chopping it up. The taste is wonderful though to me and my genes I'd offer you salsa...but uh...it's fully loaded

BB...I may TRY to bring in the new year...but it's possible it will be from the view of the inside of my eyelids I'm worn slap out from the last 3 days!! It has been such a blessing though...NOT complaining. I get free food and get to give a bunch away to the community. Shoot..I wish I could do it more often!! Then again...the spirit is willing, but my body is yellin at me to STOP at the moment I am hurty tonight Back and shoulder got kinda outta whack from all the loading and unloading. I wound up giving out about 75 bushels(conservative guesstimate) of food though I probably kept 3 bushels, mostly cilantro and eggplant that I couldn't get rid of, but I managed to get some tomaters and stuff too so it's all good.

I'm thinking of taking a nap myself. DD and her crazy friend is here so no telling when they will go to bed The veggies distribution is SUCH a priviledge! I love it I'm hoping to start giving out eggs too when the girls get to laying more
