:lau

I could get lost like that at the Great White exhibit at the Georgia Aquarium. Niecey spaced out watching the divers clean the inside of the glass  She was 4 at the time, and she thought that was the coolest thing. Million questions!! How do they breathe in the water? What are they doing? Are the sharks gonna eat them? How long do they stay in there? etc. etc. She loved the seals too. They have everything at that place! She liked the Belugas the most though. :) Good memories. She hasn't forgotten a single detail in 4 years ;)

i haven't been to the aquarium in years! The only times I ever went was w/the kids on a school trip, but I think I enjoyed it more than the kids! The place that they used to enjoy was Liberty Science Center. But, it was so far away that we couldn't go as often as we would have liked. It was neat. And, all you had to do was look out the window to see the Statue of Liberty.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllllllllll so much for the day. DD is home from school, I had to go get her and take her to the doctor. Her eye this time. She looks like she's gonna have a shiner. Out of school the rest of the week. She had to get one of the cocktail allergy shots, and they are gonna send her to Jackson for treatment for desensitization shots to see if she can overcome this mess. She has swelled more and worse in the past year than she ever has before. The frequency has been just crazy. So, on to the next step. I PRAY this works and she can eat what she wants when she is older and finished with the treatments...that would be SUCH a blessing for her!!

The homestudy has been called off too. Our case worker had to call in sick this morning. :idunno I hope she's okay and it's just a cold or something. We'll reschedule probably next week. But, it aint happening today.

Soooooooooooooooooo, I have no clue where to begin with my day since everything has been scrambled up :barnie

I need to make bread, so I 'spose I can start there. I have to give DD meds every 6 hours for 3 days, so I need to remember that, because she won't take it if I don't make her.

Hopefully tomorrow we will still get the truck of produce and I will have something to do. It's too wet to till or I'd be out there.

I'm gonna go crazy...already ancy for the trip to ATL :P

:lau That was QUICK!

Yeah, I really DON'T have anything to do today, so you're just gonna' hafta' entertain me buddy :P

As long as I can stay awake and remain in a sitting position I'll be here. My back feels much better when I'm laying down, so please bear with me if I seem to vanish for a while...

Yeah you and your little sicky kidneys..I have had MULTIPLE kidney infections and they are never fun. :/ I used to be prone to them when I was a kid, had one for almost 2 years constantly. It sucked, and I HATE hospitals and doctors to this day :P I was hospitalized a few times over that one...thankfully I don't remember much of the details...except popsicles, and the people in white coats are evil  I was only 4 or 5 :P

At any rate, try a heating pad on your back to ease the pain, it really works to soothe and dull the ache. Maybe the meds will knock the rest of it down to bearable.

I may vanish a bit here and there too for entirely different reasons :P I need to take some things to the neighbor here shortly, and check the bread, check for eggs, check the kid, etc. etc. so I'll be on and off as well.

A little apple cider vinegar in hot water and a little honey always help mine. On earthclinic.com they say it will cure a kidney infection. I get stones as often as an infection--no fun at all! Hope you are on good antibiotics that will take care of it soon!!!!!!
