It's RAINING again
My teeth hurt. I'm not as bad as I thought I'd be after yesterday's little adventure. I think it's just gonna be a downhill slide from here anyway with this cold. I'm on what should be the back end of it and hope to be completely over it by the weekend. I am proud of my immune system

I haven't gotten bad enough to warrant conventional meds! I despise coventional medicines. I like to let my body kick it itself and take herbal and home remedy to knock down the symptoms. I actually feel somewhat better today other than the pressure making my teeth and jaws ache a bit, and I think that has more to do with the barometric pressure dropping with this storm system and changing the way my sinuses are reacting. UGH...be glad when it moves out of here! Glad I feel a little better! Still hacking, and sneezing, but not as bad as I was

It's gonna be a good day
I want to get some of my starts moved out to the greenhouse today, and clean off some of my patio chairs and put a couple of those in there. I need to find a tiny table to hold my phone, drink, books, and other items so I can go hang out in there when I want some peace. I think I'll name it

After all, that's gonna be my "mom cave" hehe. No children allowed without the secret password

Husbands get a pass, since he built it, and he won't spend much time in there bugging me anyway

I want to get a bit of gravel to go in the walkway in there and to seal up the bottom where we had to raise the corner to level it. I need to seal the door sometime soon, and get some trim to trim out the door to seal the crack around it.
I love the creak and slam sound of the screen door!! It brings back memories of running in and out of grandmas house to get another piece of watermelon in the summer time to take out in the yard and see who could spit the seeds the farthest between me and my brother and cousin Jason

Gross I know..but we never cared. I was SUCH a tomboy then! Funny how certain sounds or smells can take you back so easily to another time and place. Good memories
The smell of the plastic reminds me of the babysitters greenhouse when I was about 9ish. She made the best chicken and dumplings you ever put in your mouth

I was tiny, and short for my age, and she was amazed when I put away 4 bowls of dumplings

I'll never forget that..for some reason it just stuck out in my memory. Her husband would take me and another kid out to the greenhouse to help with the plants sometimes. I loved going out there. I remember being in awe of all the green foliage and flowers. They didn't grow veggies there, just flowers. Their last name was Dibble...I remember looking that up in the encyclopedia and thinking it was funny they were named after some sort of weird garden tool
I've always been a bit strange I guess

Anyway...enough rambling. DH is fixing me breakfast(bacon and pancakes

) , and the rain has slowed, so maybe I can get out there here shortly and poke around a bit today
I hope everyone has a lovely day! I'm planning one
