It ought to be illegal to have a day this good

We got income tax and paid bills this morning, that was a fun 10 minutes
Then we came home and got started on cleaning up the yard, the garden, and working in the greenhouse...I mean the "Mom cave"
I ran to the dollar store and got some hanging baskets and flower seeds and got to work planting some hanging baskets to sell. Then I made hangars and hung those up in the mom cave to start growing
It was 105 in there today! I had to raise the windows, and open the door for a bit to let it cool down some. It was SO windy here today, and it held up just fine
I am muchest pleased with the results!
We also cleaned brush and trees from around the blackberry bushes. We have a HUGE pile of brush to burn Saturday weather permitting.
I am SO tired, but it was gorgeous and 81 degrees today, and I loved every minute of it! I think we worked outside about 6 hours today, and I've done at least another 3 in the house! I love to work...I am so strange
I absolutely love being busy and productive though, and sometimes I just can't get enough. I was feeling the urge to tackle some big jobs and there is nothing better than sitting down after those big jobs are done and taking it all in. It amazes me what DH and I can accomplish in a few hours! We make a good team
I came in and made 3 loaves of bread, and chicken & rice casserole with squash in it for supper.
I DID NOT get my house cleaned
Homestudy is 10 a.m. I'll hit the high points in the morning and skip the rest. She's gonna know we're messy eventually anyway, especially with 3 extras around
So I'm not worrying about it.
