We're digging that ourselves. A friend is loaning us a auger, and we will case it and drop a pump down. The casing and pump will be our only costs, and not too bad at that. I have money set aside for that already.

Do you know how deep you need to go? We have to go about 250 - 300 feet here according to neighbor.

Our water table is less than ten feet down, so it won't be very expensive at all.
 
My FIL was trying to plant a tree across the street and couldn't find a spot where he didn't hit water :lol: It's easy well drilling around here. We can hear the underground stream bubbling and running when we get a heavy Spring rain.
