Wannabefree...guess what I got in the mail today!?!?!?!?

Well we got the front porch cleaned off today, got the side yard cleaned up enough...I cleaned up the back deck and I tossed some hay out in the super muddy spots on the way out to the chicken coop and petted 2 of the goats today. Little Dakota still won't let me touch her yet. Claire sure was happy to get out and run around playing with her kids today though It was so cute watching all of them out there frolicking in the yard

I haven't got my milk stand built yet. I'm not sure if I have enough material...I think I need a couple more 2x4's to complete it :/ Will get those this weekend. I have to work Saturday though. Maybe I'll get them tomorrow when I go to court. I'll be right over by Lowe's,so can make a quick stop in. I think I will start milking her The end of the first week of February. I have to deliver a dozen eggs and a rooster Saturday after work I'll be glad to get rid of them!

I have another shipment of eggs going out Monday too! I'm going to use my egg money to buy a few things for the farm...like a scythe and my 2x4's for the milkstand. I also need some strainers, but I think I can make do with what I have for now, so that is an item I will wait on. AND I have to go get my tiller before it grows legs and walks off.....besides I need to get my garden spot broke up if it ever quits raining and snowing. I sure hope winter is over!!!!!!

They are until the back side of the property dries up a bit, then that will be theirs. I'm hesitant to put them out there right now it's so wet, but this Spring Summer when it dries a bit and has time to green up nicely they'll love it!

Very cool beans! I heard my SS cousin talking with Mom about goats, SO they could be in the future. BUT I doubt it.....

I had a HORRIBLE dream this morning that I was being pulled apart and couldn't scream and when a noise finally came out I woke myself up at FOUR AM and couldn't get back to sleep...I kept barely falling asleep and startling back awake until 6:30 when I had to drag my half dead carcass up and go to work I'm exhausted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am TRYING to stay up until 10 so that I don't wake at 4 again in the morning..I may be losing this battle

I just got in from work in time for dark Bedtime for the goaties....maybe tomorrow. They let me pet them now though...except for little Dakota..she still won't yet. I'm bribing her with a carrot tomorrow
