Just weaned from what I can gather. Not sure on breed either.

I was going to say 18 months, too. That means you have to feed it over the winter.

Bulls? Have'em snipped.

Can you store a couple hundred pounds of beef? We have one whole freezer dedicated to beef, one to chicken and everything else.

I don't know how much I could store. My freezer is medium sized chest type, but I know how to make a load of jerky
