I almost forgot...I have the bator fired up again I set 16 Delaware eggs on 2-23 and I set 19 more Delaware eggs today. The ducks are NOT laying They LIED!!! The boys are mating them though, so it can't be long. I should get my other 4 ducks by Saturday.

Cousin is supposed to be coming out next week to break ground for the garden so I can get started on some more projects around here. I can't hardly wait. I planted some carrots today in an old aquarium we had laying around here. I watered everything with rain water today which we had an ABUNDANCE of! I caught 10 more gallons in buckets...and then DH poured them out *sigh* maybe I forgot to tell him there was a REASON those buckets were full of water Maybe next time eh?

I have to work tomorrow...dunno how long, but I am hoping to not be gone all day as there are a multitude of things I would like to finish around HERE.

I think it is a great idea, but just be careful of getting too wrapped up in it too quickly and not focusing on your other responsibilities/goals for your farm I tend to lose focus when I get really excited about one thing, and before i know it...other things have declined to the point I have a LOAD of work ahead of me to get it back up to par! So, careful there

Thats true. But I know I can balance it out and handle it. I really dont feed much anyway. The dog and rabbits. Then I get the eggs.

That Garden is huge. I cant wait to get it fixed up! It will be so pretty!
