Do you want me to send you some utter pins for goats? You can get them on-line, just rub them in a salve, insert into the opening in the nipples, remove when milking and then replace. They don't hurt the animal, and has properties to keep the nipple opening clean from debris.
We used them on our goats, and as far as I know they are humane to use.
Leave it up to me to come up with a solution to help, and its the worst idea ever....
