Sheesh, I'd get a lawyer and argue that that water is free and falls from the sky and I want to claim some of it!!!

Thank God we have underground streams all through here. My FIL's yard across the street(when they lived there anyway) you could dig down 6 inches in spots and hit water, and he was higher elevation than we are!!!
