Yes, James. Right now they are in the custody of a foster family in Kentucky and we will have to do the paperwork through the states of Kentucky and Tennessee to get them here. What a loooong road and process this is gonna be.
Whew! I was thinking this morning...Do ya really wanna? Do you think you can? Is there enough patience in the WORLD to get them and us through this with a good outcome?

I hope and pray those answers are all yeses, but I honestly am not 100% positive. Then again, who ever is ready for kids? It can't be worse than Octomom

I need to call up the Duggars and get some tips

Seriously...not a bad idea! Hey I wonder where Boyd has been...maybe he'd let me pick his brain, he fosters like a million kids. Maybe I'm not crazy after all, I mean I don't/won't have as many children as SOME people, right?

I kinda feel crazy right now though
We got the other AC unit scrapped out today. I just got home from picking up milk and a few groceries, and taking it off. Finally got the last of our insurance papers signed and am finally finished with THAT mess. I think I may be able to work my way around this ticket, and maybe get the officer to drop it....hoping I can, because I need all the spare change I can save right now to get these kids on track when they get here. I'm pretty sure at this point it will go through. It's all just a waiting game wrapped in a bunch of purty red tape that has to be unwound, and then they'll be home. Wow that really sounds strange, the kids will be home?!?! Yeah, that's gonna take some getting used to. Shoot I JUST got used to oldest DD being married and gone and leaving me with one very squawky chick in the nest

NOW I have a whole other new set of circumstances to get my mind set on

See, I keep going back to it. My every thought is consumed with these kiddos already, next it will be my every MINUTE
Anyway, I have accomplished a good bit today, and now I have to go out to harvest veggies. Then I have to come in and cook supper. ThenI have to go to my mom;s to get a half bushel of fresh peaches

to put up, and THEN I'll be back for a few before bed

See ya'll in a bit
