Should I give it another hour or two or is something wrong? I used cultured buttermilk to innoculate, and let it sit out overnight after warming it to 68 degrees. I am using fresh Jersey milk loaded with heavy cream. I used one rennet tablet as it called for and I followed directions. I read one book says it could take 3 hours. But more?

Yep! We didn't get to do the last load. It POURED rain just as we were about to leave...WHILE we were in the garden cutting okra. We both looked like drowned rats, but it was fun, and we cooled off quick. It amazes me how cold a summer rain can be!!! 
We still need $300....gonna be a looooooong week
