Good, I think. They are clean tasting, very good. We had one fried last Thursday, and it was delectable. Ive never had good luck with the slow growers, not enough meat for a family of five. I cant keep them fat, they have no fat hardly.Wannabefree said:

I have a hard time fattening them up too because they run around. Probably a good thing I have the next ones caged till I slaughter...give them some more fat for a week or so...I may wait a bit, maybe 2 weeks and then slaughter to see if I can get some fat on them. I'll report back when I do it
