I try to make multiple batches of everything so I can knock out a week or so worth of work in one day. I made up about a gallon of blueberry waffle mix and froze them, then I made enough pizza pockets and stromboli for a week, also to be frozen, and enough bread for a week.
I do all of my doughs in the bread machine while I do other things in the kitchen at the same time. This morning I was doing waffles while the bread dough was going, shredding cheese for the stromboli, making sauce, and talking to my neighbor on the phone who was telling me I was going to mess everything up if I didn't slow down

I make one thing while prepping for other things, so it's not like I wait for one to get done, then do another. In order to get it all done, I have to do it all at once. It times out pretty well. I can shred a nice block of cheese while a couple of waffles cook
I put my bread machine through a lot of abuse. I do 4 WW pizza crusts at a time, and can do 4 loaves at a time. I do not use my machine for the final rise, just the mixing, or you can't do that much. If it is allowed to rise in there it will overflow the little pan, but I take it out at the last kneeading, seperate, and make my loaves. Then I let it rise in a preheated(on 170 degrees) oven for about 20-30 minutes, then bake. That way I can get a lot more done, and I'm not making bread every time I turn around.
I got TWENTY ONE eggs today

I really gotta cut back some chickens
