Wannabefree...guess what I got in the mail today!?!?!?!?

I know I'm old, and sound older saying this but, when I hear about a four year old messing with girls, I can't believe how crazy this world has become!! I (vaguely ;) ) remember when I was four. I didn't have a clue, and neither did ANY of the boys my age!! I've been wondering about growth hormone problems for some time now (ever since my then 10 year old niece started developing and got her flow which, to me, was/is WAY too young!) and agree that it may be a factor - a four year old has little to no impulse control :idunno Yes, I'm a fuddy-duddy, but stuff like this worries me!

It's more than just that, his charming lovely daddy shows the kid porn :sick
if he is showing a 4 yr old porn isnt that some kind of child abuse/neglect??? yikes. that is just setting a kid up for failure.:somad tis would be where molesters and rapeists come from.
I would call it abuse, but unfortunately, I don't think the state agrees. It's morally wrong, but apparently not particularly illegal. Plus you'd have to prove it, the daddy would deny it in front of a judge, though he laughs about it otherwise.
That is a sick, twisted, poor excuse for a male role model!!!!!

I think culture plays a huge role too. We are as a whole healthier...ya know, not starving and living longer and such, know how to balance our diets etc. than the human race was several decades ago even. I think the growth hormones and such can and do play a role, but I don't think it is as much as the culture in general when it comes to pronounced sexuality showing up in younger and younger children.

Yep, and not entirely uncommon anymore unfortunately.

Does the Mom not object to this? The whole dynamic seems skewed there :/

The mom is the one who wore his tiny hiney up. He lives with her. The daddy is not often in the picture, so of course the kid wants to be just like him...in EVERY way. The whole dynamic IS skewed. Like I said, culture. Nobody "has to be married" to have children anymore, and daddies can be buddies instead of daddies, or show the kid porn to make the mom mad so he doesn't have to babysit his offspring the next weekend. Trash, they're just trash, and going to raise more trash. My kids won't be down there anymore anyway.

Good morning Buffer :hugs Yeah it is sad, but it is reality for a lot of kids these days.

Today is laundry day and boy do we have a pile going in there :/ I guesstimate 7 loads. I also gotta haul steel, and hit one more store sometime today or tomorrow. I need to check the sickly chickies and figure out what to do with all of them, and take the niecey girl home today too. I still gotta slice cheese too, and a few other loose ends need tying up around here. Basically I got my work cut out for me today.

In many states it is against the law, and neglect/emotional abuse, to show a child (anyone under 18) pornographic materials. I don't know about TN.

seriously I would steer clear of these people. IT IS tons of grief coming your way if you stay involved with them. trash finds a way to screw up your life. run and run fast from this group!
