I have a fellow church member trying to tell me God didn't create gay people I'd like to know who did then?! Any comments?

Just say her argument isn't relevant to the conversation about Chik-Fil-A. Doesn't matter how they get to that point in their life, spewing hate isn't going to help resolve the issue.

well if god didnt create gay people...then wouldnt they be exempt from "the ruels" and therefore not ACTUALLY sinning?!

This isn't even a religious issue, really, it's free speech.

The mayor of Chicago jumps in on this, saying he's going to fight any more new stores, but they hails his new partnership with the Nation of Islam to help solve the gang problems. Um, something is not computing here.

NOoooooo i am SO not trying to argue...it just made me think in a different direction. I believe people are born gay, some may choose it, but...well that's a whole other animal Just curious, everyone I personally have talked to "knew" they were gay before they knew the word gay or what it meant. How is that a choice? I don't know anyone dumb enough to choose that kind of heartache for themselves, unless they're just an outright rebellious drama queen, and I have only been unfortunate enough to know one of those...

What makes people think someone would want that just for giggles or whatever? I DON'T believe it is a choice. I believe it is a true original inclination for most gay people. Therefore, it is created within them, upon their creation, by the Creator. No?

So I'm "inclined" to like carbs, and continue to indulge myself to the extreme, and get diabetes. Is it my fault I'm now diabetic or was I born destined to be one?

In my mind, I can't get beyond...God saying Pharoah was created for Hi purpose, and God hardened his heart "that I may show these signs of Mine before him" Then there is Romans 9:21 Does not the potter have power over the same lump to make one vessel for honor, and the other for dishonor?......

Does that not say God has the power to make anything for His own purpose?
