Strawberries are still a month away here yet. I think if you buy the certo, there are recipes in the package for directions. If memory serves me correctly, I believe there are freezer jam recipes and for canned jams.

I just use the recipe for jam that comes on the pectin box. I buy low to no sugar pectin so I think I use 1 to 2 cups of sugar per batch. Maybe some strawberry syrup? Modern Pioneer posted a recipe last year for strawberry rhubarb pie in a jar.

Lots of good stuff.

By the way how long did it take yo to dehydrate strawberries?

I take greek yogurt and sliced strawberries, mix them together and freeze them in muffin tins. Then I take these portions and put them in a big zip lock bag. I use them as smoothie and shake starter :D

3 "muffins" and some good whole milk in the blender whip up a tasty shake in no time!
