I just got a call from the lady who owns the buck that my doe Dottie is visiting. She was just dropped off yesterday and it appears that Dotti (that little hussy) is chasing the poor buck all over the place.
I hope she realizes that this is not likely to work well- although the lady did say they're causing quite a ruckus. :D

At least he can't run far as they are both in the same pen aaaaaall by their lonesome's.

Mya is alpha and so completely intimidated my young virgin buck that he was afraid of her the next time she went in with him. Two unsuccessful visits, aaarrrrgh! Last night, dh and I went outside twice for a little goat porn. I held Mya while dh held a light (no lights in the buck pen) to be sure Mr. Stinky's aim had improved. It had.

I brought her back in this morning, first thing, in case she was still in heat.....nope. And the buck was no longer afraid of her....came at her so hard and fast that she ripped the lead right out of my hands and ran around the pen with bucky trying to mount, circling me so fast I got dizzy! I finally grabbed the lead as it flew past me on about the fourteenth attempt and got her out of there! :gig

Well- it must say something about Dot that the buck she's with is the herd sire of about 20 does. He's been around the block- but not so fast as with Dot chasing him. :D

Sounds like the teenage girls around here..... :/ They must have really took that one cheer to heart, "Be aggressive, be, be agressive!" :(
