i was just cruising around the new UT Organic Market Garden Poject website and noticed a mention of the Tennessee Organic Growers Conference which was back in March and I see that the keynote speaker was........ JOEL SALATIN. and i could have gone for $20. when am i ever going to get a chance to hear Joel speak for that cheap and practically in my backyard? DAMNNNNNNNNN! how did i not know about this beforehand? stupid stupid me.
