I tore off 15 ft from a 40ft shed(was rotting and sinking) and then used the lumber that I pulled off to frame in the new doors and windows.
I borrowed a nail gun a shingle stripper tool and a compressor.
I have a friend coming over with an excavator to dig a trench and bartered with him to get the trench dug and some rocks dug up.
I also bartered with my electrician to get all the lights and outlets put in for free.
I ordered ruff cut lumber from a local saw mill that costs 1/2 of what Home depot charges.
I am using window samples that I got for free as windows and bought 2 pre hung doors on clearance for $50.00 each. I got roof shingles that had been written of for free.
I'm working it.

He even offered to deliver it. Needless to say we were ecstatic, however, we had some reservations because we don't have the room to store it. Soooo he walked into his barn and drug out this HUGE industrial tarp for us to take along and said he would bring 40 or so pallets to put it on when he brought the hay. What a deal !!!
