Well today was Ribs on the Smoker and OX Tails !!!
Best part didn't need any sauce on either,
So what did y'all put on your Smoker Today ?

I wish! Pretty much all I smoked was ME out in the heat, lol.

Thanks for starting this thread - hopefully I'll have something to report on before long. I've got some pig in the freezer that's begging to spend some time in the smoker.

I have a sneaking suspicion a smoker may be in the works for Father's Day here. *looks sideways at the wife, then at my son* something is afoot

No smoking, but we grilled steaks and chicken. We have two corned beef that are going in the smoker this week.

Not today, but hubby was looking at some pork butts yesterday so I may be doing some soon.
