I love that kind but have had the worst time getting it to head!
It is great raw with ranch for dip or I even pickled it with some hot peppers and it was an instant hit!

I think I've seen that for sale as broccoflower, or something like that.

I grew it last year and it was difficult to get to head. Wasn't terribly impressed but our weather was not cooperative. It will be grown for chicken food this year because they don't care if it heads and I have a lot of seed left. Mine wasn't very pretty like your picture.
