What to make with overripe pears? Need ideas quick!

I have 5 overripe de'anjou pears, and I'd love to make a dessert with them for tonight. any ideas? I'm not a big fan of applesauce, and am craving something oohy-gooey decadent! any ideas? Thanks!

I was gonna say cobbler, but Freem beat me to it LOL.

Or soak in brandy and then cook low until it evaporates into a caramelized wonder, and pour over ice cream.

Oh, those all sound so good! I was going to make a banana-pear bread, and a pear and custard pie, but after I made the bread, DH ate it all and forbid me to make anything other than the same bread again! It was really yummy! I just found a recipe calling for 3 bananas and substituted one banana and two pears, skin and all. So easy and gone within a few hours!
