What's for dinner?

Last night was a low carb
Mediterranean fish dish with Cod, red onions, tomatoes, black olives, and spinach. It was tasty!

still loving the new extra cast iron pan and being able to whip up a few grilled cheese at the same time. grilled ham and cheese on rye today with plenty of yellow mustard. i decided to make two so i had them both at lunch and it was breakfast, lunch and supper all at once. 10hrs later and i'm still not hungry.
